TERMS OF USE

SWD terms of use are fairly simple. You may do anything except to offer my graphics and tubes on your website for download. If you are a tutorial writer please email me if you would like to offer any of my tubes with your tutorials. I am willing to allow this providing I am asked first and the images must be uploaded to your own site in a file for downloading.

If you make something from my tubes, it is yours to do with as you please including making a profit.

Any of my personally copyrighted tubes or graphics are available to use for anything you want without adding my copyright to the final product unless you are making a profit from the product with a personal graphic of mine e.g. SWD Hand Made graphics, SWD Stick Friends, SWD Mouse Made graphics. In this case, I ask that my ©SWD Tubes N'Stuff be added to the product.

Any images that may have a copyright for the original artist should be added to anything in the graphics you create.
Copyright tubes can not be used for making graphics where you make a profit as is the terms of their perspective artists.

I do not sell anything on my site, I merely charge for memberships which covers my website cost and work time.

I ask that my tubes, brushes, graphics etc. NOT be shared with any groups nor can the login and password be shared. Anyone who is suspected of sharing their login and password, will risk losing their membership without refund.

Don't like download....SWD has CD's available with all tubes and graphics listed on the site.

One DVD is priced at $30.00 which covers the cost shipping and handling. Most orders arrrive within days of being ordered depending on world location.
